Categories is a new section designed to make matching more flexible and contextual. Instead of relying only on filters, it helps people discover others through interests, contexts, and shared situations.
I worked on the feature from the early concept stage — shaping its structure, navigation, user flows, and overall UX direction. One of the key challenges was simplifying a complex set of scenarios into a fast and intuitive experience suitable for MVP testing.
